Gymnastic Decomposition are based in Newport, South Wales and partly in London. They have created various entirely new genres of music, most notably Happy Grindcore and Haikore, into which they hope one day to be pidgeonholed.The band is made up of various persons from Cementimental and sNOrk maIDen. Fantastical biographies and doctored photos will appear here in due course, but for now here's the basic lineup:
